Terms & Conditions
Minimum 50% deposit plus booking fee at time of booking one of our charters to secure your spot for a specific date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your charter date.
Cancellations 30 days or more from your scheduled charter date will be given a full refund less a $15 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled charter date will forfeit deposit. If we are able to rebook your charter spot, your deposit will be refunded less a $15 cancellation fee.
Out of respect for other guests, if you arrive late for your scheduled charter and the vessel has departed, you will forfeit payment for your trip, no exceptions. If you notify us in advance of a late arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate “reasonable” requests. If you book the entire boat, departure and return times can be negotiated.
On the day of your charter our captains will make weather assessments. Safety is our first priority. While it is rare, if a trip is cancelled due to weather, our guests will be given a full refund or the opportunity to rebook for another day, at their discretion. In most cases when weather may prohibit us from fishing in the Gulf of Alaska, we can usually still fish in the more protected Prince William Sound area. Unfortunately, we cannot give priority to weather cancellations for next day re-bookings if we are already completely booked. Weather cancellations will be refunded less merchant fee of 2.92% for payments made by credit card.
If we cancel a charter due to a mechanical issue before we leave the dock, we will refund 100% of your charter fee or rebook you for another day, at your discretion. If there is a mechanical issue after your fishing day is completed, you will not be refunded or compensated. We have brand new twin engines on both of our vessels and redundancies on all our electronics, so it is highly unlikely that there will be cause for a mechanical cancellation.
Drugs: We have a zero tolerance for illegal drugs. We encourage our guests to bring any over-the-counter and/or prescription medications that they may require, including seasick medication. Although it is legal in many states, for the safety of all onboard, we do not tolerate any marijuana products or illegal drugs of any kind on either of our vessels.
Alcohol: You may bring beer or wine products onboard if you are over the age of 21. We do ask that for safety reasons and as a courtesy to all guests that you are conservative with alcohol consumption aboard our vessels. Our captains reserve the right to confiscate alcohol and terminate consumption as we see fit.
Waivers: All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to their scheduled charter date. This will be offered online for guests who choose to book through our online booking system. Walk-ons will be required to sign a waiver prior to departure.
COVID-19: We monitor and comply with all state and federal mandates regarding COVID-19.
