We are always looking for quality “full time” and “relief” Captains and deckhands to join our team. We are a family owned and operated company and we take great pride in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards in the charter fishing industry. Our vessels are well maintained, and our equipment is modern and constantly being updated.

We offer competitive wages for experienced Captains and deckhands with a daily guarantee, plus tips.

Captains must have a Coast Guard 6-pack license or greater and have a clean safety record. Experienced deckhands are preferred, but we are willing to train.
